Cheques
We accept payment by both Personal and Company cheque. Please make all cheques payable to O`BRIENS LIGHTING LTD. Please allow 4-5 working days for the cheque to clear once received. Goods will be despatched upon clearance.

If collecting the goods in person then cash on collection is fine.

 Shipping for Ireland and Northern Ireland

Goods will be sent using the either Fastway couriers or An Post. Business Post only deliver during normal office hours, so if there will be no one at home during the day could you please notify us of a safe place to leave your parcel, perhaps with a neighbour or in a garage, shed, porch etc.

Or the address of your place of work would be ideal. Also if you could supply us with two phone numbers to add to your details this can often be very useful to the delivery drivers. The delivery time is

one to two working days.

 No deliveries are possible to PO box`s or BFPO numbers. 

Combined postage .....

We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple orders whenever possible, but we do have to consider both the weight and the volumetric weight when offering postage discounts. This is especially relevant with overseas deliveries as the courier services often impose maximum parcel size and weight restrictions.

TERMS OF SALE 

(1) Goods can only be returned if O`BRIENS LIGHTING LTD has grossly mis-described an item. An email/telephone call must be undertaken first to discuss the reasons for returning an item, before an item is returned. We will accept goods back within 7 days of receipt of payment within Ireland, and 14 days for the rest of the world.

(2) O`BRIENS LIGHTING LTD will not provide a refund on the basis that you do not like the item. Every effort is made to describe each item in detail and to display each item accurately through use of photographs. If you require any extra photos, please ask and we will do our best to oblige.

 (3) Goods must be returned in as new condition, and must be unused and in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item it is advisable to use Special Delivery, as O`BRIENS LIGHTING LTD will not be held responsible for lost items.
